So you’re feeling a little burned out.

On your quest to reach a hundred thousand likes or views or continuously promoting your business, you’ve been burning the candle from every direction. Your body is begging you to take a break, but you’re too scared of losing your place in the algorithm to let yourself even take a breath.

I know this because I am a creator too. I can't tell you how many times I became ill from pushing myself too hard to complete tasks, especially campaigns. At this point, I only pick and choose those that don't require me to create within a short period. Although being a content creator is rewarding, it can also be overwhelming at times.

Every creator has either been there or will find themselves there at some point because we are on social media more often than others. Some of us are running a business along with it. Burnout is prevalent among creators, even though it makes you feel all alone. Just as working out and eating healthy keeps your physical wellness intact, self-care is essential to your mental and emotional health. The healthier your mind is, the more creative you can be.
